At EliteFTS, we stand behind our strength equipment and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring that all hardware, manuals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
