How long does it take to ship my order?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Custom-built equipment, such as power racks and specialized bars, may have a lead time of 4-8 weeks depending on the manufacturing schedule.
What is your return policy on strength equipment?
We accept returns on most unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built equipment and certain personal items like wraps or sleeves are final sale for safety and hygiene reasons.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, EliteFTS ships worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the equipment and the destination country.
Are your power racks and benches covered by a warranty?
Yes, our signature line of strength equipment features a lifetime warranty on frames and welds. Moving parts and upholstery are covered under a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I track my freight delivery?
For large equipment orders arriving via LTL freight, you will receive a tracking number and a phone call from the carrier to schedule a specific delivery window once the shipment nears your local terminal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
